Book Your Holiday Parties Before It's Too
Late!
Make sure to get your holiday parties booked now,
as the available reservations are getting filled rapidly. Our private
dining room seats 35 comfortably for a sit-down meal or celebration, and
the larger mezzanine area is great for cocktail parties for up to 100
people, or holiday gatherings of any kind. There is no charge to reserve

catering menu. Chef George Metzger released his winter menu November
1st. The winter menu features several new items and the return of some old
favorites, so come on in and check it out! For 2008, George is planning a
tour around the culinary world. Each month he will feature a different
country's culinary style with 3-5 dishes each month, all made or paired
with Foothills beers. More info on the "Beer Dinner Around The
World" series will come out in the January newsletter, when we will
release January's menu and featured country. Stay tuned!

People's Porter
Check out our newest seasonal, the People's Porter!
It's an English-style Robust Porter, dark brown
in color with a ruby hue. The People's Porter has a chocolate and sweet
toffee aroma, a firm unsweetened chocolate flavor with moderate notes of
caramel and toffee, an herbal hop bitterness up front and a slight note of
espresso in the finish. You've got to come give it a try. Remember to bring
your growler and bring some home with you.

Trivia and Beer Specials
As
always, Thursday is Trivia night at Foothills! Bring three of your smartest
friends and join in the fun. Test your intelligence while sipping on one of
our craft beers. Great prizes and giveaways every week! Come early to get a
good seat. New scoring methods for the later rounds make it possible to
come from behind and still win!
Have a friend who's a beer nut? Mug club
memberships make great Christmas presents! As a Mug Club Member, you get
to choose your own 20 oz mug and fill up every time for the price of a
pint. In addition, you'll receive an exclusive Mug Club T-Shirt and member
specials including Mug Club Mondays (fill your mug with your favorite beer
for $2.75, get 30% off appetizers, and buy one dinner entrée to get the

In
addition to our club specials, we run beer specials everyday. We always
have at least one beer at $2.75, and growlers are $1 off on Wednesdays and
