Office Manager – Winston-Salem, NC

Department: Finance

Position Summary: The Office Manager will be responsible for accounts payable, customer invoicing, data entry, and general administrative support for the business. Oversee the overall operations of the front office and serve as point of contact for vendors, management & staff for administrative issues.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Enter non-inventory payables
  • Enter and send customer invoices
  • Greet walk-ins at Kimwell location
  • Enter daily sales journals for pub
  • Monitor and fulfill all online sales orders
  • File for label approval with governmental agencies
  • Ensure state beer licenses are kept in good standing and all necessary reports are timely filed
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Monitor phone messages on general voice mail
  • Assist with updating calendars
  • Serve as Charitable Donation coordinator
  • Reconcile monthly and year end Microstar Keg reports
  • Set up new business partners in OB system
  • Serve as point of contact for various contract services providers
  • Stock first aid supplies
  • Maintain distributor files
  • Maintain Accounts Payable files
  • Ability to apply strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Solves problems quickly and effectively, determining the appropriate courses of action
  • Works independently and maintains confidentiality
  • Exercises judgment and discretion in applying policies and procedures
  • Special projects as designated
  • Other duties as required

  • Previous Accounting experience
