Lace potato cake topped with scallion and smoked salmon hash brown
paired with Jade IPA

4th Course
Deconstructed French Toast: coffee sorbet, candied bacon, and whipped cream jelly
paired with Sexual Chocolate Imperial Stout, randalled through house-roasted Footnote coffee beans
