HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
30 minutes of heart-pumping body-weight intervals outdoors. Includes warm-up, metabolic workout, and individualized modifications by a certified fitness coach.
You will move, you will sweat, and you will LIKE it! All of that followed up by some carbs in a pint glass.
$5 for workout + a pint.
