You’ve heard of Oktoberfest . . .  well this is HAWKtoberfest. We’re partnering with Carolina Raptor Center to release a rehabilitated hawk right from our tasting room parking lot — while at the same time releasing a beer that helps protect birds of prey, Craft Happiness Project Raptorial IPA.
