First Course- Scotch Deviled egg paired with Torch Pilsner

Second Course- Breakfast inside an egg (egg stuffed with hash brown, cheddar and flaming cheeto hollandaise) paired with Festival Express Juicy IPA

Third Course- Corned Beef & Braised red cabbage with a poached egg paired with Frostbite Black IPA

Fourth Course- White Chocolate, yellow raisin bread pudding with sexual chocolate anglaise paired with Sexual Chocolate Imperial Stout
