PiYo is a full body workout, set to fun music, and inspired by Yoga and Pilates.
Class is $10, includes a one hour workout, and a coffee drink or smoothie of your choice.
What you’ll need:
*Mat (optional, but strongly encouraged, especially for breezeway classes)
