From server to concierge to manager  . . . name a customer service job, and Ana has probably had it at some point. She now adeptly manages our Footnote space, when she’s not out riding her bike or listening to live music. Oh and don’t misbehave when you come in to Footnote . . . Ana has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
