Pub FOH Manager – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Oversee the shift operations of the restaurant during scheduled or designated time frame. Manage staff to ensure high standards of customer service. Train, uphold and enforce company policy and procedures. Serve as point of contact for problem resolution. Work to control costs and ensure profitability for the restaurant.
Tasting Room Bartender – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business. Work as a knowledgeable expert on all Foothills beers and educate customers. Serve guests promptly and courteously and maintain overall bar cleanliness and appearance of the Tasting Room.
Marketing Intern – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: The intern position requires managing multiple functions and activities on a promotionally-focused marketing team. The ideal candidate will have the maturity, energy, organizational skills, and work habits to thrive in a multi-tasking environment. A genuine interest in craft beer is helpful. Personal integrity, people skills, and professionalism are a prerequisite. The candidate must be comfortable with hands-on execution of various marketing programs. Barista – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Greet customers; takes coffee/drink orders and prepare and serve a variety of pastries, snacks, etc. Promote coffee consumption by educating customers and explaining differences in coffee and coffee preparation.
Brewer – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Brewer is responsible for all processes and procedures surrounding the brewing process, including cellar work, yeast handling and quality control specific to brewing.
Host – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Greets and seats customers in a courteous and efficient manner. Facilitates the guest experience by answering incoming phone calls, scheduling reservations, organizing the seating chart and maintaining an efficient customer flow.

Position Summary: Packaging is responsible for all activities associated with bottling and kegging including minor machine maintenance, set up and clean up of packaging machines, machine operations, and quality control of packaging.
