Footmobile Food Truck Employee – Winston-Salem, NC
Work on the Footmobile, Foothills Brewing’s very own food truck! Hourly rate + tips.
MUST HAVE FRIDAY-MONDAY AVAILABILITY!
Position Summary: Executes all Food Truck operations, including stocking, prepping food orders, routing completed orders to guests, cleaning and unloading truck. Truck is parked every day at our Tasting Room located at 3800 Kimwell Drive, Winston Salem. No driving around to different locations! Come to work in the same spot every day, serving our Tasting Room customers.
Position Responsibilities:
- · Stock truck with prepped food supplies for daily shift
- · Receive and prepare food orders
- · Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications established by management
- · Restock all items needed throughout the shift
- · Communicate and route completed orders to guests with professional and friendly service
- · Perform all station duties
- · Execute special menus for special events and private catering functions
- · Ensure proper equipment maintenance and operations
- · Practice safe food handling procedures and safety procedures
- · Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the Food Truck
- · Drive Food Truck to Brewpub to unload used kitchen tools for cleaning
- · Constantly work to control costs and maintain efficient operations.
- Other duties as required
Position Qualifications:
Required
- Previous cooking experience in foodservice industry
- Must have a VALID driver’s license and your own transportation
- Has solid understanding and mastery of proper use of all kitchen equipment and tools
- Self-driven and good at prioritizing time
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours in a confined space
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- ServSafe Certification
- Previous experience working on a Food Truck

Barista/Bartender/Banquet Server – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Greet and provide customers with the full experience of craft coffee, tea, smoothies, beer and cocktails. Promote coffee consumption by educating customers and explaining differences in coffee and coffee preparation. Prepare and garnish foods from the grab and go cooler. Provide service to guests during private events which includes taking orders, setting up and breaking down, cocktail service and occasionally plated table service. Offer and provide excellent table service in café and breezeway by selling items from pub menu.
Host – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Greets and seats customers in a courteous and efficient manner. Facilitates the guest experience by answering incoming phone calls, scheduling reservations, organizing the seating chart and maintaining an efficient customer flow.
Line Cook – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Executes all food operations for the restaurant kitchen. Prepares recipes and menus to exceed customer expectations.
Dishwasher – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Provide pub with a clean, safe kitchen area. Responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keeps dish room and equipment clean and organized.
Wait Staff – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Serve food and drinks; accommodate needs of customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
