Wait Staff – Winston-Salem, NC
Position Summary: Serve food and drinks; accommodate needs of customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure loyalty and repeat business
- Provide food and drink suggestions to customers, including specials and features
- Relay all food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar via POS system
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Present check to customers and accept payment, make correct change or complete credit card transaction
- Assist with preparation and table arrangement for large parties
- Accurate and efficient completion of opening/closing procedures
- Clean, clear and set tables and assist with the overall cleanliness of restaurant
- Other duties as required
Position Qualifications:
Required
- Previous customer service or waitstaff experience
- Strong communications skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Self-driven and good at prioritizing time
- Strong decision-making skills
Preferred
- Previous waitstaff experience in a full-service restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent
