If you ever walk through our brewery and Hans Zimmer is blaring on the stereo, that’s a good indication Matt’s brewing. He’s a trained cellist, digs the classical stuff, and insists upon forcibly educating the rest of us. He goes home to a wife, two sons, and three Boston Terriers named for army generals (Patton, MacArthur and Hampton).
