Join us for our first ever Grapes and Grains dinner at Foothills!

Jackie Biggs from Johnson Brothers Mutual and Rosalie Ramdass from RNDC will be hosting this really fun dinner on February 14th in the mezzanine of our Brewpub at 6:30pm.

Course 1 – House made Limoncello featuring Ford’s Gin and Pascual Toso Brut with Crab, Grapefruit, & Avocado Salad over Chilled Noodles

Course 2 – Gran Coramino Anejo Tequila and Simi Chardonnay with Lobster Mac and Cheese

Course 3 – 1888 Brugal Rum and Mollydooker ‘The Boxer’ Shiraz with Smoked Beef Short Rib

Course 4 – Woodford Double Oak Bourbon and Four Virtues Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet with Dark Chocolate Cheesecake
